This Shipping Policy explains how, when and at what cost we deliver our products. By placing an order with NORI you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
We are based in the United Kingdom and operate with a network of fulfilment partners. Some of our items are dispatched from partner warehouses outside the UK; estimated delivery times below reflect this and are realistic, not best-case scenarios. We never promise express delivery we cannot guarantee.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
- During sales, product launches or peak season (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) processing may take up to 5 business days. We will display a notice on the Site when this is the case.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment partner.
2. Delivery destinations and estimated times
All times below are business days from dispatch, not from order placement. Add the processing time above for total time to delivery.

Delivery times are estimates based on average performance of our fulfilment and courier partners. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on customs processing, carrier load and the destination address.
3. Tracking your order
Every order is dispatched with tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will investigate with the carrier.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders within the United Kingdom
Prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. No additional duties or taxes apply.
Orders to the European Union and rest of the world
Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs handling fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you paid at checkout or in the delivery charge. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to customs charges, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued for the product value only, less any return shipping cost incurred.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check the delivery address at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided and cannot reroute a parcel once it has left the warehouse. We are not liable for orders delayed, returned to us, or delivered to the wrong recipient as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. You can choose to:
- Pay an additional shipping fee to have it sent again, or
- Receive a refund for the product price only (original shipping is non-refundable in this case).
6. Lost, stolen or undelivered parcels
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbours and around the property.
- Contact the courier directly with the tracking number.
- If you still cannot locate the parcel, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost we will refund or resend the order. We cannot issue a refund or resend for parcels reported as missing more than 30 days after the marked delivery date.
7. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the packaging before opening where possible.
- Inspect the contents.
- Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
8. Order changes and cancellation before dispatch
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email [SUPPORT EMAIL] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment, but we will do our best.
