2. Eligibility

3. The contract between you and us

3.1 When you place an order you make an offer to us to buy the products you have selected at the prices and on the terms set out at checkout.

3.2 An order is accepted, and a binding contract formed, only when we send you an order dispatch confirmation by email. An order confirmation email sent immediately after checkout is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order.

5. Price and payment

5.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

5.2 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the point of order. Payment processing is handled by our payment service providers and is subject to their own terms.

5.3 If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

6. Delivery

6.2 Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
